bru Travel Replacement lids

I love my Bru travel mug and when I noticed that the original lid had a bit of damage then I wanted to get a replacement. Nice and easy to order - replacement came quickly and is just what I wanted. Thank you

The first lid was leaking from the beginning and it was going to cost me the same to post back the lid from Ireland to UK if I was to ask for a warranty replacement as to purchasing a new lid, so I opted to buy a new lid as it was the same price to me. I can see the new lid is modified and it is better but not perfect and can slightly leak. But twist it open and shut it again and it is ok. It is great for keeping the drink hot. Thank you.

Had an issue with the lid about two weeks after I got the product initially. I loved the travel mug so much I had to buy another lid. Fast delivery and works perfectly again. Very happy

Love these cups. We recommend them to everyone. Unlike many cups they don’t alter the taste and they don’t drip like others do.

The new cap worked just great. It was my wife's brucup and she has used it every day for a couple years with hot tea. I think all that tea may have been a tough liquid for the lid.

Originally bought a travel mug and then dropped it on the tile floor. The cup portion was fine but the lid cracked, so glad you guys sell lids separately so it was easy to replace! Thank you!

Replacement lid I had to.contact customer support recently as I had a problem with the lid on the cup. Customer service was great, very helpful. I ordered a replacement lid, which came very promptly. I have not had any issues since. This is my partners favourite cup, so he is happy he can use it again. Thank you Bru cups
